Terms of Sale

Payment is due seven days after purchase.  Paypal is preferred, but I will accept a personal check from a US bank, I will hold the bear until the check is clear.  Money order,or  International money order is accepted, but I will hold the bear until it is clear.  No foreign bank checks will be accepted.  I also have access to a Visa, Mastercard terminal, but I will need the card information given directly to me.  

                                                                                                       Layaway

Layaway is accepted.  Terms are as follows;  Three equal payments, each due thirty days apart, with the first payment due seven days after purchase.  THE FIRST PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Bears sold on lay-away are non returnable.  This is to guarentee sincere purchases only.

                                                                Returns 

Returns are accepted within seven days of receiving item.  Item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent.  I am a non-smoker, item must be returned smelling smoke free.

                                                                Shipping

Shipping in the US is paid for by me.  I ship using USPS Priority Mail., fully insured.  I ship one business day after receiving cleared payment.  Shipping in the US usually takes 3-5 days.    

International shipping is $10.00 anywhere in the world.  I ship International Priority Mail, fully insured. International shipping takes longer, can be up to three weeks before the package arrives, although it is usually between 6-10 days.

 International Customers; Please be aware of customs charges that are charged by your country.  I will not devalue a bear.  This is for your protection and mine.  The US Post-Office will only cover the insured value of an item. If something should happen..., well I can't take that chance.
