At this time I sell the bears through this website, and once in a while on ebay. I contact the people on the mailing list first to let them know bears are available. I do not do custom work. Paypal is preferred payment but I can accept Visa/ Mastercard. Money orders, and personal check will be accepted from persons in the United States, bear will be held until money is cleared.
Money back returns are accepted. Bear must be returned within 7 of receiving bear. the bear is to be returned it must be returned in the same condition it was sent in, including smelling smoke free.
Shipping info: I ship fully insured priority mail.
International customers; because I do ship fully insured I will not devalue the bear on international custom forms. It is for my protection as well as yours. Please be aware of custom fees charged by your government.
